In keeping with my goal to paint protected land and fragile ecosystems and to help keep this beautiful treasure protected, I am donated 10% of the sale of this painting to Colorado Open Lands, a local non profit. Colorado’s Hanging Lake is such a popular hike that it’s ecosystem has been severely compromised. In an effort to decrease the threat, the number of hikers per day is now limited.
