Crucial
This exhibit includes multiple series of landscapes in which I’ve taken areas of each and painted them abstractly as they become more focused. My depiction of these more intimate, easily missed crucial components is a metaphor for how we easily take their importance for granted. These pieces comprise my solo exhibition at G44 Gallery in Colorado Springs, Sept. 4-26, 2020
